About Me
I have been editor of Rural Intelligence (www.ruralintelligence.com) a digital lifestyle magazine covering the Berkshires of western Massachusetts, Northwest Connecticut, and part of the Hudson Valley, since 2014. My degree in journalism has allowed me to hopscotch between the editorial and marketing industries my entire career. I specialize in writing features and copy that is conversational, friendly, and sparkles with my subject's personality...even if the subjects are baby goats and cows.
For nearly 13 years I worked at The Palm Beach Post, where I promoted the newspaper’s coverage of hanging chads, terrorists who lived a block away from me, anthrax at the nearby National Enquirer, and too many hurricanes.
Prior to moving to Florida, I was a freelance writer in New York where I produced marketing materials and articles for magazines and newspaper such as ELLE, Savvy, YM, Butterick and The New York Times. I am fortunate to live in the beautiful Berkshires with my husband and our dog.
